90-Day
Coaching Process
To be conducted through scheduled
in-person meetings and via telephone and e-mail exchanges
on an as-needed basis. At the end of 90 days, we will meet
to determine if further coaching or specific training is
needed.

Client
assessments are given after finalizing the customized
coaching agreement and several times during the 90-day
process. |

Individual goals
are discussed and outcomes defined. |
 |
During the 90 days,
clients will complete customized worksheets, read relevant,
easy-to-understand handouts, and participate in one-on-one
exercises and training programs with their coach based
on individually defined outcomes. |

At the end of 90
days, results are gathered, documented, compared to
objectives, and assessed. |
